Updated the temporal analysis again with 1 new isolates and a few new genes for existing isolates. Also did an HA analysis with a strong calibration prior on the rate of evolution:
Posted an analysis of all currently available isolates with dates of isolation. The number of sequences and temporal range is starting to allow an estimation of the age of the common ancestor of the current sample.
The URL of the site is now http://tree.bio.ed.ac.uk/groups/influenza/ removing the need for 'https' to avoid issues with certificates. Will probably transfer this site to a different domain name in a few days time.
